We would like to know how many days will you be travelling?  We would also like to know more about Andrew.  And, our last question is how do you feel when you travel?

Hi Mrs. Bolling’s Class!

We are planning on traveling for at least 13 or 14 months, so around 425 days! (That is if we don’t get sick, or hurt, or run out of money!)

You want to know more about Andrew!? The first thing people usually notice about Andrew is his height, especially in Asia. Many people in Asia often ask to take their picture with him, he doesn’t really like this, but he is too nice not to take a picture with them. He’s from Wisconsin, so he really likes the Packers and the Badgers and he always wants me to watch their games with him. He has really good taste in music (especially hip hop) and he beatboxes a lot. But when he beatboxes, he wants me to freestyle rhyme, and I’m not very good at it… so usually it only lasts for one or two lines. Also, he would like me to tell you that he’s a good travel partner.

How I feel when I travel depends! Sometimes, it feels extraordinary and I feel so unbelievably lucky. Sometimes, I get really tired from long bus-rides, or really worn out from how hot it is, especially if I forget to drink enough water. Sometimes, I’m sad and I miss my family and friends at home. But I’m always glad Andrew is with me. Even if we disagree on something, or I feel grumpy, I’m not alone, and it’s really nice to be able to share those moments that are extraordinary!
